Is this actually a website, or just an e-card?+
A website. Each one is a multi-page site at its own link: a cover, an unwrap animation, then one page per surprise as they flip through. The product is called Birthdaypage because that's literally what you're making.
Do I need to code or host anything?+
No. There's no template to clone, no domain to buy, no deploy step. You build the pages in a visual editor, the hosting is handled, and the link just works on any phone or laptop.
Can I make one for my girlfriend or boyfriend?+
Yes, that's what most people build. Fill it with your photos, the inside jokes, and a note you wouldn't post publicly, then time the text for midnight. It opens on their phone with zero setup on their end.
Can I add our photos and my voice?+
