Common questions

What kind of photo works best?+

A real photo of you two, taken on a phone, no filter. Candid beats curated. The reveal animation does the production value; the photo just needs to be of the actual person, doing an actual thing, with you.

What file types can I upload?+

JPG, PNG, and HEIC (iPhone format). The editor converts them automatically. Most phone photos work without changes.

Is there a size limit?+

Up to about 10 MB per upload. That covers anything taken on a phone in the last decade. Cropped 4K photos still fit.

Where does the photo show up in the card?+

Inside the card, after the recipient taps to unwrap it. They see the wrapped gift first, tap, and the photo + your message + GIFs all appear together.

Can I add multiple photos?+

One main photo per card. If you want a multi-photo experience, build it around the strongest one and add a Google Photos shared-album link as the embedded gift. That gives them a full album behind the card.

Does the photo stay private?+

Only people with the card link see it. The link is unguessable, not indexed by search engines, and you can stop sharing it any time. The photo isn't posted publicly.
